Eligibility

  • Domicile in Uttar Pradesh.
  • Must be Enrolled in school, College, Institute or University
  • Pre Matriculation Class 9: Passed Class 8 Examination and Enrolled in Class 9
  • Pre Matric Class 10: Passed Class 9 Examination and Enrolled in Class 10
  • Post Metric 11: Passed Class 10 Examination and Enrolled in Class 11
  • Post Matric 12: Passed Class 11 Examination and Enrolled in Class 12
  • Dashmotra: Have been Enrolled in any UG, PG, Diploma Certificate Examination

How to Apply Online

  • Fresh Candidates: In this year those Candidates are not Enrolled or Scholarship Forms have not been Filled in the last year, they Can Register themselves as Fresh Candidates. 
  • Renewal candidates: Those Candidates have been Enrolled in the Previous year and are Required to fill the Scholarship form in Current year.
  • Collect all Required Documents Before Applying Online Form
  • If you do not Know the Annual Non-Refundable Amount, Contact the Enrolled College.
  • Submit the form with in 3 Days after the Completion of Online Application process.

Documents Required for fresh Candidate

  • Final Qualification Exam Mark Sheet, Cast Certificate, Income Certificate, Bank Pass Book, Fee Receipt Number, Annual Any Refundable Amount, Nominee Number, Aadhar Card Number (Same Details as Mark Sheet), Latest Passport Size Scan Photo.
  • Eligibility for Renewal Candidates: Use the Last year Registration Number to Enter the Renewal Section and Enter New Details.

  • Kindly Use Last Year Registration Number to Login to Renewal Section and Enter the Fresh Details
